A pension liberation website - Pension Cash Now - has had one of its adverts banned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
The advert claimed public sector workers could get money out of their pension pot at any age. Greater Manchester Pension Fund complained to the ASA about the promotion, saying it was misleading. The ASA upheld the complaint. The advert said: "Do you work in public services...
