LEBC Group completes auto-enrolment 12 months early

National IFA and employee benefits consultancy LEBC Group (LEBC) has auto-enrolled its staff a year ahead of its staging date.

It said it made the decision to beat its staging date to ensure all its workers fully understood from experience what actual clients might have to cope with. The firm used its own online auto-enrolment package, which was launched earlier this year. LEBC divisional director Glynn Jones said: "We believe auto enrolment will provide better income in retirement for many employees and have always encouraged quality pensions for clients and our own staff.
