ABI defends annuity window and makes improvements The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has defended its Annuity Window after "media scrutiny" and made changes to it following industry feedback. ABI head of savings, retirement and social care Yvonne Braun said in a blog post that the annuity website has had 27,500 visits in the last week.
