Ex-NEST chief exec Tim Jones honoured in New Year list

The former chief executive of the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) Tim Jones has been honoured in the New Year Honours List 2015.

Jones (pictured) becomes a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to the pensions industry and pension provision. He was appointed chief executive of NEST in 2010 and stood down earlier this year. Prior to this, he was chief executive of the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority, the body set up by government in 2007.
