CII launches new pension transfers qualification

Follows launch of strategic manifesto

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a new qualification to support those seeking to provide specialist advice on pension transfers.

The Level 4 Certificate in Pension Transfers includes a new Level 6 unit ‘Pension transfers' (AF7), which will open for enrolments in July 2017, and three existing CII Level 4 units - ‘Financial services, regulation and ethics' (R01), ‘Investment principles and risk' (R02), and ‘Pensions and retirement planning' (R04).
