How many women hold top platform jobs?

The best and worst for diversity revealed

Women hold one-in-five jobs on the boards and senior management teams of adviser platforms, according to research by Professional Adviser.

Of the data gathered of the most prominent 21 adviser platforms, PA found 30 of 154 board members to be women, while 34 of 146 positions on senior management teams were occupied by women.  Only one platform has more women than men in its senior management team, while the most gender-diverse platform board consists of four women and five men.  Platforum research director Miranda Seath said platforms "could and should" do more to promote and elevate women to their executive boards.  "It is not enough for women to be represented in positions that have traditionally had a strong female...
