Aegon has almost compensated all the Cofunds clients who suffered trading delays and were left out of pocket as a result of its re-platforming move.
In September, Aegon began the process of finding out which Cofunds clients experienced delays in their trading requests around the platform's technology migration. It said it would put clients back in the position they should be in if not for the trading delays and also promised to pay a "£25 gesture of goodwill" to those who were "adversely affected" by the re-platforming move.
