Perspective acquires south London-based adviser Thornton Springer

Financial planning and wealth management business Perspective Financial Group has bought south east London-based Thornton Springer Financial Services - its first acquisition in the capital.

The acquisition has expanded the firm's network to 15 offices across the UK, including Chester, Eastbourne, Marlborough and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and provided it with a London-based hub for the first time.   This deal is Perspective's third acquisition this year and its 34th since the group was founded in 2008.
