Nucleus reveals board changes

Sanlam Investments UK chief executive Alfio Tagliabue has been appointed as a non-executive director of Nucleus with immediate effect.

Tagliabue has headed up Sanlam Investments UK since 2017 and also covers strategic initiatives within Sanlam UK, having previously joined Sanlam UK in 2016 as chief financial officer. A note to the stock exchange this morning (26 February) said he had joined the platform's board to replace Jeremy Gibson. Gibson was one of the company's two board members linked to the relationship agreement with its majority shareholder Sanlam UK. Gibson has quit the company and therefore stood down from Nucleus.
