Exclusive: IWP closes 24th deal with Omnium Capital acquisition

Independent Wealth Planners (IWP) has acquired Omnium Capital in its 24th deal since its inception two years ago.

Omnium, based near Guildford, Surrey, will be linked to Murdoch Asset Management, IWP's main regional office for Hampshire. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it has added £250m in assets under management and around 750 clients to the growing consolidator's books.  IFA business Omnium has been in operation for almost 20 years. The firm comprises Omnium Wealth Management and Omnium Employee Benefits.
