All adviser firms need to be prepared to run fully digitally to best engage with the next generation of clients, delegates at PA360 heard.

Speaking during a panel on adviser technology, AdviceObjects chief executive Uday Nimmakayala said while digital would never fully replace the traditional concept of advice, firms who wanted to engage with younger people needed to think digitally. "You want to meet and service young clients. Be prepared for that. Think digital all the way. You can do hybrid, but think ‘is the business geared towards fully digital?'
