‘We've seen huge increase in productivity as a consequence of technology’

Advisers should fully embrace technology and use it to complement their proposition, delegates heard at PA360 North today (5 October).

Speaking on a chief executive (CEO) panel about approaching the challenges of the future, Tenet chief executive Mark Scanlon encouraged the use of technology, saying  its use became a neccessity during Covid-19. "From our perspective, we've seen huge increase in productivity as a consequence of technology" said Scanlon.
