The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has declared Hull-based financial advice firm Solutions Financial Services (UK) in default.

The firm ceased to be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an appointed representative (AR) agent of an authorised firm, and stopped regulated activities since 24 July 2012, according to the FCA Register. The firm went into creditors' voluntary liquidation in July 2012, and it was dissolved on 11 July 2017, according to Companies House. The firm has two directors, Sandra and Ronald Ernest Bulless, with the former also holding the role of secretary.
