Every adviser has the ability to be a great leader and should hone their skills to make a difference in the lives of people they interact with, Anna Sofat told the Personal Finance Society Festival of Financial Planning.
Speaking at the NEC in Birmingham on 2 November, the Chartered financial planner said advisers can and should consider themselves leaders, adding leadership is not confined to those making huge decisions in business or politics and was easily applicable to more small-scale interactions and decision-making.
