Scottish Widows speeds up client experience with platform upgrade

Adviser platform upgrade allows advisers to use real-time data

Scottish Widows has upgraded its adviser platform to enable advisers to use real-time platform data and speed up client experience.

The firm said the upgrade means advisers now have access to the financial modelling software Voyant which will eliminate the need to rekey data and reduce the risk of errors. This software, used by more than 4,000 firms and 9,000 advisers, is available immediately through the Scottish Widows Platform app store for those who currently use Voyant. Voyant offers advisers and paraplanners a dashboard to manage clients' financial planning.
