Advisers looking to attract a certain type of client, such as high net worth, need to properly assess what their desired client 'looks like' and what they expect from the advice process in order to place the proper value on their services, delegates heard.
Speaking at PA360 yesterday (25 April), Dimensional Fund Advisors head of UK and Ireland advisor group and vice president David Jones said all clients value the peace of mind that advisory services bring to their lives. But certain types of clients, such as high net worth, also value the experience advisers have with "clients like them".
