Tenet Compliance Services has been sold to TFAS Enterprises

The compliance arm of Tenet Group has been sold to independent financial services and digital marketing group TFAS Enterprises.

The deal, confirmed to Professional Adviser, comes after news earlier this month that Tenet and three of its subsidiaries are under Financial Services Compensation Scheme investigation. TFAS Enterprises said the acquisition of Tenet Compliance Services (TCS) was "spearheaded by current and former senior members of Tenet Group" and confirmed it will be rebranded as TFAS Compliance Services.
