Titan Wealth and its subsidiary Titan Settlement and Custody (formerly Global Prime Partners) have secured a final injunction against former contractor-turned-employee, Marian Okunola, who was found to have shared confidential information.
It has also been awarded costs and damages. Two Titan employees have further been awarded damages totalling £30,000 over what was referred to as a "campaign of ‘vengeance'". Okunola worked with Titan as an independent contractor consultant starting 2 August 2022. From 14 November 2022, she was employed as a CASS CF10a and senior risk manager. Her contract was terminated 11 days into her probationary period.
