As I watched with great pride the England Cricket team winning the Ashes in Australia it started me thinking about the year ahead. Whilst the Ashes is over, we still have the rest of the tour, the cricket world cup, the Euro 2012 qualifiers and a sport close to my heart the Rugby World Cup all to come in 2011. So much to look forward to! Turning my thoughts back to work and what lies ahead in 2011, the challenges springing immediately to mind are CP10/29 and the RDR.
