2020 has been an extraordinarily challenging year. We've had to contend with the disruption of a global pandemic, plus a market crash, a partial-recovery, and an ever-changing economic outlook. These circumstances have created a unique set of hurdles for businesses across the country, not least when it comes to navigating remote working. The obstacle I've found most difficult to overcome is how to maintain company culture when your entire organisation has to switch to remote working, pretty much overnight.
