2001, September. The date is one the world will never forget as the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Centre shook the foundations of our very being. At the time, I was part of the launch team behind a brand-new provider (platform), unveiled as Selestia.  Whilst platforms were fairly well adopted in other parts of the world, such as Australia and, to an extent, the US, in the UK they were still in their infancy.
