Perspective buys Cambs-based firm in 51st acquisition

National advisory firm Perspective Financial has acquired Ramsey Financial, based in Cambridgeshire, which has £50m AUM and 330 clients.

With its 51st acquisition since the group was founded in 2008, Perspective said it would continue to combine the benefits of a local firm with the strength and resources of a national firm. The deal completed on 19 April. Based in Ramsey, near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, the firm was founded by husband and wife team, Russell Palmer, a Chartered financial planner, and his wife Jane in 2007. Both will remain with the business. With its 22nd new office, Perspective expands its coverage of the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia areas. The firm already has offices in Corby and Braintree. ...
